I love these kinds of tricks. I learned one in 5th grade in 1973 with 3 columns of 7 cards.

There’s a lot of keeping your fingers crossed that someone is doing what you described while you’re not looking!
@timbaldwinmagic7 ай бұрын
That's certainly true! I suppose you could always demonstrate it first, and then have them shuffle again and lay out the cards and start over.

Love this trick. I find a really really have to explain the role and column concept to some of the audience so that they get it. But the effect is fantastic thank you.

Can you share which Karl Fulves book is this one on? I have the selfworking series but can't tell I have seen this one. Looks like a nice trick! Thanks Tim!
@timbaldwinmagic7 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! I'm not sure if it's in a Fulves book. I actually learned this from Gaffed Academy's channel. Completely self-working though!

What are these types of tricks called? The ones where there just math and nothing hidden or forced?
@timbaldwinmagic7 ай бұрын
Often called "self-working." Karl Fulves has several books entirely of self-working tricks, and they're all pretty cheap. That's where I found this one. Check them out!
