Whichever card they choose from 1-6, you can always show the force / prediction card.

It's ALL about false choices. While you can start anywhere, you couldn't have ended up in the two cards that were eliminated. The second step is just a repeat of the first. So is the third and fourth.

But can you describe the actual mechanism of *why* they could never end up in the eliminated spaces? Hint: its a very simple mathematical trick.

Obviously you forced the 7 of spades. You never spread the deck at the beginning to show all the cards. Neither did you ever show the cards in the rows they didn't pick or the 5 other cards in the row they did pick. My guess 36 cards are 7 of spades.

Close. Half are identical, half are different. So I could have shown a bunch of random cards that they didn't land on. This was four years ago, so if I were to film it again I'd do it a bit different. Thanks for watching!

@@timbaldwinmagicthanks for responding. In that case. You have to know where the seven of spades are in the rows. My guess is every other card. So depending on what number they rolled the last time. You would count from either the left or right. Example: if the sevens are in the odd positions (1,3,5) you would start counting the way you did from your right to left. If they rolled an even number (2,4,6), you would start counting from your left. Am I getting closer? ☺

@@Volare-1952 Exactly. Each row has three random cards and three identical cards, in alternating positions. So depending on what numbers they roll, you just count accordingly to arrive at the force card. 👍
