Got one of these beasts working near me somewhere in the distance, 6 Days of it so far flat out. Every time I hear the beat I’m thinking pile drive, pile drive, pile drive, pile drive, listening to the note and hammer frequency change as it gets closer to the end. What a machine these are! might have to try and find where it is working and take the nippers to see it in action.

This video does not do justice to how Ioud these machines are in operation. Deafening at a 1000 feet. You not only hear them, you feel their sound energy slamming through your body like a fighter jet in full afterburner.

Permission to ask: 1. In this video, how much is the carrying capacity of each pile? 2. What is the effect of vibration on surrounding buildings (besides there is a 5-storey building with a distance of 5 meters) 3. How to calculate / The formula used to ensure that the piling has reached the expected bearing capacity (Note: the planned carrying capacity per pile is 96 tons) Thank You.

why so many cables to move just one thing up and dwn; seen the same on drill rigs, what looked like a good 20 cables for their about 3 motions.
@DREAMMACHINEShh6 жыл бұрын
not cables but hoses ;-) the hydraulic needs oil up there inside the hammer
@Pottalowski3 жыл бұрын
3 or 4 hoses, one of which containing electric wires for the automatic piling sensor and the solenoid valve which opens or closes in order for the cylinder to lift the weight.

There must be like 30m of sand and clay or other weak stuff. I would not build on that ground while i know it is absolutely possible.

Финский копер фирмы Юнттан PM-25 H , ударная часть 7 тонн . Имеется модификация с лидерным бурением . При этом вес ударной части молота 6 тонн . Прекрасно работает с мерзлыми грунтами .
