Very nice information mam, Aapne bataya ki 8 bajgaye aab khana khana hay,,bhuk nahi fir bhi,aur afternoon may 2 bajgaye khana khana hay time ho gaya,tab agar raat ko 8 baje bina bhuk k khana nahi khaye fir 9=30,10 baje agar bhuk lagti hay tab kya khana kha sakte hay,light food,ya dudh layne se fir neend nahi ati,mara digestion bahot slow ho gaya hay,age 45,trifala tablets lane par bhi toilet nahi ati, please advice mam
