U can make a seed mix and store it in a bottle and eat every day before meals, I dont do this regularly. I take gaps of 15 days or even a month. PS: I did this for only to reduce hairfall and start hair growth and it works. I don't know what exactly works for white hairs. My assumption is that its amla and nigella seeds
