:) hey there yes you can use exfoliants as they help in lifting pigmentation too. start once a week and build it to twice a week over a period of 6 weeks. as for sunscreen you need a good, certified one at that exposure. you should buy the best that you can- some options are bioderma, reequil, minimalist

@@RubinaSkincare hi rubina, I am 22 dry and sensitive skin can you please suggest a vitamin c for Begginers, to help with pie discoloration and glow, already using AA at night seeking to add vit c in the morning actually have an event coming up in 2 months, was looking into detoxie but they mention the xanthum gum as first ingredient which is not possible so asked them for proper order wise list but no reply yet, also heard it broke someone out badly so very scared don't want to take any risks can you suggest any gentle but effective vitamin c or should I just leave it out all together and try pilgrim's glow creme serum etc, also I bought earth rhythm phyto repair moisturizer months back with 3% moisturizer on your recommendation but it kina causes me icthy skin and a bit of burning sensation, I haven't used it very consistently and have been for about 2 weeks but confused bcz I do see sm very little glow maybe but my skin also feels dry and icthy I would just switch to bioderma intensive Baume and maybe use it in less quantity underneath it and see if it works also glow might be due to AA. Also what really irritated my skin in the start was niacinamide and that's what I am recovering from. Also came came across this new brand biocule with a vit c glow raddiance serum kakadu plum and aha from sugarcane, simple has also launched a serum with 2% sap 7% vit f and 1% vit e, and pilgrim also has natural vitamin c with kaduplum 20% not sure if it will be suitable for Beginners though, would love to know your opinion on these products. I it's bit of a long comment but I'd be really greatful if you took the time to reply.
