I just went frame by frame, it's just an extremely fast 180 degree turn facing the wall (done in 4-5 frames so nigh unseeable) Also if it were exploiting, why would he be facing the map again? There's nothing on the other side of that wall, so they'd just be falling into the void regretting their life choices. And no, the map doesn't have loop points, so they'd either just walk to the edge of the world or fall.
