Thank you this video is great. I didn't have any issues in understanding you and even if anyone does your videos are fantastic and you would be able to see everything clearly. I've learnt some great techniques. The plastic material we have in uk is called acetate which you can get from stationary shops. I can not wait to try a pillow cake. Thank you. Acetate is available in the U.K. and you can get it from crafting supply stores, which I think would be good to use, for the scraping of the meringue cream that you showing. It is available in various thicknesses, so I think a thicker one would be best.
