I started the simulation with the first pillow and the pressure did work but it went to a weird shape of a cube pillow, and I did about the same size you did

I have never done anything like that. But I'm sure you can figure it out by yourself :D. Just experiment with the cloth(Pillow) and the ridigbody settings of the egg.

This is a pretty big topic to explain in a comment and I don't think I will make a video on that soon. But I saw some tutorials on how to model sth like this in e.g. cinema 4d which you should be able to also use in Blender.

try different values. My settings maybe aren't perfect for your scene. The same principles still apply though
