Yes, we are paid by the hour! Longer flights will pay more compared to shorter ones because of the flight time

a lot of the you tubers very deliberately avoid saying which airline, they say "regional/major/legacy" airline, with the exception being Swayne martin (probably a few others too) with more concrete ties and partnerships with the airline through content creation. This leads me to believe that it is part of their contract to not say which airline, even though it can be pretty obvious the more you know about the airlines, locations, routes, etc. I wonder about it myself so if someone knows please share!

I’m 20 years old and in welding trade school, I have 2 more years left and I’ll be a journeyman at 22, Anyways I’ve always been interested in flying and I have a family member willing to help me pay for the schooling in all actuality how hard is flight school, and how long will it take to get a job flying?

I’m terrified to fly. Takeoff is like being in the most terrifying rollercoster. If an engine fails during takeoff while the plane just got into the air can it still take off with one? Or can it be immediately landed?

Yes, a twin engine aircraft can take off with one engine. If there is an engine failure in one engine and the aircraft is already in the air, in this case the procedure is to reach the correct altitude to fly the landing pattern and then return to the landing.
