Somebody at our flying club was about to do a sightseeing flight with a passenger, with pitot tube cover still in place (SF-25C, pitot on vertical stab...). I ran towards him waving like an idiot, while he was already taxiing. Once I removed the cover he looked like he never seen this before... Didn't even say thank you or anything. But he is an idiot anyway, so that makes sense.

I noticed that the 737MAX in FS2024 Spawns at -4 degrees trim wheel, hence why it cant take off. reset it to 0 and you should be good.

Airspeed would still work in real life with the static port plugged. It would just always show the IAS at ground level.

The covers that go in the cowl have nothing to do with the intake, the intake is below the spinner. The holes in the cowl are exclusively for cooling.

ohhh that's right on the cessna!! sorry! On the cirrus sr it would have been right, as the big cowl holes do serve as both. (that's why I assumed) So would the cessna engine actually turn on until overheat in this situation?
