Have you tried the Frixion Ball Knock .5 pens? I absolutely ADORE them! They write extra fine and don't seem to skip as much as the other Frixion pens.

Ridiculous question ... I just bought these and can't figure out how to get the point out to start writing. I've pushed, twisted, pulled ... can't figure out how to get the rollerpoint out!! blame it on senior moment

Hope you figured it out as I had this problem too not a senior moment but not what were used to. The clip is the source for pen to make love to paper 😅

Sorry, just saw these comments. With Pilot FriXion pens, the pen clip slides down the barrel of the pen to extend or retract the pen tip 👍 Hopefully this helps.

by the way, have you encountered a problem on your rocketbook in the form of inexplicable white spots, I can not understand where they appear, they do not wipe with a cloth, and then the pen does not write well on them

Have you tried the .38 version? I recently picked them up in Japan and on paper they almost feel like a pencil.

hello, my name is Roman, I recently bought myself a rocket book. Ran into such a problem as terrible scan quality in the rocketbook app. At first I thought that my handwriting is so terrible that it cannot be scanned normally (the handwriting is really terrible), but then I installed Сam Scanner and compared the results (I can even send it to the mail). I was surprised that the cam scanner scanned the pages of my rocketbook much better. The problem is very noticeable on the 0.5 mm friction handle blue.

Hi Roman, you can try playing around with some of the contrast/colour enhancement settings in the Rocketbook App to see if that helps. I’ve said in previous reviews that Rocketbook has OK, not great, scan quality and I don’t think that has changed. CamScanner has better contrast and scan quality for sure, but I find Rocketbook has the best archiving system for storing notes easily if you do it frequently. Good points 👍 Thanks for sharing!

@@JakeReevesVideo I agree about archiving, but the quality of the scan is terrible, I tried all possible settings. If I write with a 0.5 mm blue pen, this scanner does not see some thin lines at all, but the Сam scanner does better even in free mode, I expected a different result, especially when I bought a fusion in my country for 60 dollars. So I'm thinking of using a notebook and Cam scanner)))
