Hello madam.. I'm currently a class 9th student and aspiring pilot... I've been dreaming of becoming a pilot since the age of 7 and since then I've gathered much knowledge about aviation. But one issue that might come in my way, is unfortunately, I do not have a finger in my left hand from birth. Would I still be able to clear the Class 2 & 1 DGCA medicals? I'd really appreciate your answer, ma'am.

Basically only a doctor can give the answer. Maybe you can get a doctor's opinion before you take the Class 2 medical examination.

Pilots can wear glasses if glasses correct vision to 6/6 vision which is required. When you take the Class 2 medical examination this thing will be tested.

If you do your pilot training in a foreign country you must also take there the medical examination which is required in this particular country. And in that country where you do your training you also need to complete the theory exams that are required in this country.

You give the NDA exam if you want to go to a military career and become an officer. If you want to become a commercial pilot you don't need to give the NDA exam.
