How you doing Danny? I hope ur feeling a little better? I’ve just been given my second cornea implant date in July so that will be good to get done & recover so I can fly again😁🤞seems it’s been a long time away from the patch. Could have had the operation next week but we are away to Hampshire for the week & then lanzarote for a couple of weeks in June. Consultant won’t allow me to fly for 5 weeks after the eye op so July it is. Get well soon Danny🤞👍

Hi John.. is good you have been given a cornea implant date and is nothing worst having to wait for a date from them.. I won’t be able to fly till September because the hospital said I need 6 months off from driving!! You will fly before I do.. how ever I have been fly on my real flight sim.. keep me posted with your implant John..👍

When your feeling a bit better, have a go at making some more videos about rc planes, set ups, motors etc ( not much on ic petrol motors on u tube) it might be good for you by keeping you busy & of course interesting for us viewers. If your not upto it, don’t worry but it may well give you something your very interested in a make the time pass quicker until your back up & running, just a thought Danny……

Hi John. Yes I will do some more videos when I have recovered a bit more this is taking me a lot of resting for my recovery I have been sleeping a lot. While I am sleeping a lot I am not feeling the pains all over my body.. 👍

Castle creation Phoenix edge ESC 160amp You will need a separate BEC 20amp because the Phoenix edge ESC does not have its own BEC built-in. I enjoy my 84” slick the video you seen was the maiden first flight and it went brilliant very powerful motor it will hover forever till the battery runs low. With going petrol, there will always be a delay in the throttle different way of flying.. I am more of a 3-D pilot than sports pilot. Fly safe

Glad your ok Danny, my recovery has been a lot slower than I thought when I started the eye repairs back in October last year so it will have taken 11 months to get back to a new normal. Don’t beat yourself up if your recovery is taking a bit longer than you thought, all will come good in time, just hang on to the good future you going to have. Take care🤞

Hi Paul.. It’s going to take a while for my recovery.. lucky I am still alive broke lots of bones in my body and nearly died. A head on at that speed not many can make it through so I am so so lucky..wasn’t my fault I was sticking by the law with the speed I was going but the other car was way way over the limit and hat me around 100mph the police said and that had the fire brigade to remove me from the car.

Hi John.. No I am off work till mid September or end of September.. this Accident it’s a really serious one even the doctors and the police has said I am lucky to be alive. The doctors Put me on my eight days induced coma to keep my body alive because they thought I wouldn’t make it.. thanks for asking John 👍

Hi Alberto. With the lipo fully charged I get about 5-6 minutes depending on how aggressive I am with my throttle stick 3D flying I fly with high C rating so I can pull the power out of the lipo for punching through the sky.. fly safe Alberto 👍

Hi Danny, how’s your recovery going? I hope it’s improving every day🤞I’m getting use to my eye implants but got another 2 weeks of eye medication to slowly reduce to zero. I should then be able to get flying again🤞because I can now fly abroad again now we are off to Lanzarote for a month for a bit of rest & recouperation on Monday, can’t wait 😁👍😎 take care mate👍

How u doing Danny? have u got the pain under control yet. I had my second eye cornea implant done on Wednesday, not the best experience as they did it whilst I was awake again. Can drive again in a couple of weeks & a total of 5 weeks treatment before they test my eye sight & hopefully sign me off🤞take care & look after ur mental health as well whilst ur laid up👍

Umm john. I still have pain every day but I am used to it now just started to put a little bit of weight back on that’s a good sign not aloud to drive till September doctors order. I am get there slowly as long as I can see progress in myself every day I am happy cos I can see progress. 👍

Glad your in the mend Danny, I’m fine thanks, got my other eye surgery on 6 July so hopefully after a couple of weeks after should be able to have a go on the sticks but will use a buddy TX just in case. It should take 5 weeks after surgery to get better but I’m inpatient now as it’s been a year since I’ve flown. Hope your not getting to bored waiting to recover?

Glad to hear your slowly getting better👍I’m fine thanks, just got back from a 2 week holiday in Lanzarote, it’s our first overseas holiday since Covid started. It was just like it use to be, no masks, people being happy & no restrictions, bloody fantastic!!! Got my eye operation on 6 July🤞then 5 weeks recovery then flying again, can’t wait. I feel sorry for you if you can’t get out to fly yet but you will soon🤞take care mate….

Hi Megadeth. Landing was ok touch tail wheel on the ground first then the two landing wheels touch down.. so landing was ok.. camera short of just before full landing complete.. the slick flies very well with that motor and in.. is very agile and flies very well on that very windy day the wind was like storm you can hear it on the film.. fly safe 👍

Hi John. Car accident was horrific. It was a head on collision at a high speed of 100+ mph the other drivers was doing that kind of speed and lost control he past away on impact. Leaving me with serious amount of injuries. Brain bleed 2 punctured lungs 13 broken and fractured ribs three small pieces of broken back lucky I can still walk and move around broken hip fracture left knee lots of laceration all over my body and I had to have a blood transplant was on a ventilator The hospital put me on 8 days induced coma to keep me alive. Recovery will take me awhile John that why I haven’t made any videos for a while.
