I for one liked the hour-long episodes but I'm glad to hear whatever you both have to say about these accidents. I'm learning a lot, particularly about the background on the 737MAX crashes.

@@FlightSafetyDetectives LOL subscribed to the podcast shortly after you started it and then to your KZbin channel when I realized you were doing videos as well as the podcasts. I am not a pilot -- was close to soloing when 9/11 happened and then got too busy to finish up after the aero club resumed operations but I am an engineer and analyst so love your approach on explaining incidents and accidents.

Gentlemen: Looking forward to the analysis in the proposed shorter format. Editing one’s words while talking is an art form in broadcasting. Thank you for attempting it. The no-nonsense approach of this series is invaluable.

Interesting twin engine crash South Haven Township Michigan in the last couple of days. Presumed crashed right after take off. 2 very experienced pilots, but one of them being certified on this/his new plane by other instructor. So I don't know how familiar either was with this plane. An the model news was quoting doesn't check out...so will be interesting to find out more. They said twin engine, but they didn't specify prop or jet. Could not find it on kathyn's yet. // But I get more convinced everyday that no light twin pilot will handle an engine out , right after takeoff, successfully. I think the only reason things are reasonable safe is because engines are dependable now, more then ever. Anyway just mentioning this crash on the off chance news didn't reach. But I bet you guys knew about it already. Of course I have no idea if this crash involved an engine out. but just thinking about that because of this video on the 421.
