Thanks, Ben, great review. With deer hunting season I'd love to have a mini-truck vs SUV at least I'd have a place to warm up. While I've wanted the Honda I understand the Subaru's the most versatile.

About how many mpgs are we talking about on a truck like this? And how large is the gas tank?

Also I heard these trucks aren't necessarily supposed to be a daily driver but I drive usually less than 100 miles a week on most weeks and up to 600 miles a 4 week period. So is this a good daily driver for someone like me?

Depending how you drive it i'd say anywhere from 25-35 mpg is realistic from what ive seen in reviews

it's hard to color match because that blue isnt factory blue anymore it's been blasted by 30 years of UV and japan is like an island so it's probably been around saltiness as well, so when they put brand new blue onto 25-30 year old paint it will not match anymore, you'd have to do a custom matched to whatever the current old blue is i guess. i want a green one someday

What's the deal with this blue? It seems really popular in used jdm trucks, and nowhere else. Is it a government fleet color or something?

I think it was a factory option, just to mix it up. I've only seen factory paint with the white and blue colors. Nothing too special.
