23x8-12 tires on 8” ATV rims with 1” adaptor/spacers to convert from 4x100 to 4x110 bolt pattern. That’s all, aside from some trimming of the front fenders.

If you lift these little 50 hp kei trucks for bigger tires it throws the gearing off and makes them even slower. You'll be relegated to 45-50 instead of hitting 55-60.

I imagine it varies quite a bit, but it was only a few hundred $$/year. It could also be registered and insured here as an off-hwy vehicle like a SxS.
