How this thing defies gravity is amazing. Imagine how they attach the wings to the fuselage' then attach the engine to the wings, and yet this thing tears through the sky at over 500 miles per hour without the wings or the engines ripping apart.

Around 6:38, the clouds and a section of the left side of the wing are the exact same color… looks like Mr Potter’s invisibility cloak is draped over a section of the wing😂 . It isn’t smoke, it the humidity in the air . The wing cuts the air at such speed that the moisture in the air evaporates

Basically, on touchdown, the wheel impact the ground at about 130 knots, which is quite fast, so when they hit it, they 'shave off' some of the rubber, which creats alot of heat which is why the smoke is there, it is what happenes with any airliner landing.

Very nice plane and videos! I am asking this question because I love the 787, but am unsure of how it is built, so, Is the 787 quality built or rushed? I have heard former boeing 787 engineers saying the plane has below standard parts fitted to it, Is Boeing just a renamed mcdonell douglas now? Is Boeing just wanting profit or do they care about making good planes? Are they lying? Is the 787 safe? Is boeing led by accountants now? And also, Will boeing fix the 787's issues like the contaminated wing carbon fibre and the panel gaps? I do not know who to trust, Boeing, or the former engineers saying that the plane is bad, and that the factories are very rushed, which boeing declines, I hope the 787 is a Quality and safe plane, as it is my favourite, I am just unsure of its quality, and reply and opinion will help me, thank you.

When it first came out the really early models were questionable due to staff that were putting them together and the fact Boeing kinda rushed it’s reveal. They’ve been around long enough now that those issues are likely no longer there

From the documentary I watched, after the merger, Boeing went downhill. Put profit margin and shareholders above employees and safety. "Take time and build it right" attitude went out the window when McD got involved.

I really like this aircraft but why does Boeing continue to put short landing gear on their planes ? This limits the potential for new , larger engines in the future. Airbus seems to put longer gear on their planes and look how It benefited the 320 series - the Max is maxed out on engine size.
