*An accounting work needs to be done and published/shared of the TOTAL number of churches, derelict or not, found within each Treaty territory, and otherwise, across the country. There is an imbalance in presence. It's based on entitlement. They are selling lands/church buildings for towns to own. I look around and think, a new friendship center for First Nations, and that's all?! From nothing to 1 small something. That's it?! So, where does life happen. On some reserve?! This is the year 2024, no? There is a lack of presence in infrastructure/relevant gathering/social spaces for all First Nations, within all towns and cities. That, can be fixed. We Are One? Then lets do some simple math here. Logic can do no other than prevail. Because, without knowing the actual number, i know it doesn't add up. That means, someone's going without. 0.2% says so.
