Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this project. Sounds like you might be overthinking too much though, just follow the instructions, take it slow, pause and rewind the video and it will come together. I've made 4 of these backpacks so far and once you do have all the pieces cut out, it goes pretty smooth. Also the grain line doesn't matter for this project. Good luck!

Y mientras vas cosiendo, repite y repite el video y copia lo que vas viendo, asi lo hice. Practica y vende lo que hagas, que deja platita.😄. Lo se por experiencia.
