He said the most prostitutes he ever had in his stable was 5 and he had other girls who weren’t cut out to be prostitutes doing other things. He mentions “boosters” and if you are from the street(I do not think you are) you know a booster steals things, most commonly going into a store and “boosting” items like clothes and jewelry. He does mention he trained all his girls to be thieves and girls to rob their tricks but those are only the ones working as prostitutes. He mentions at 2:09 that he had girls go into clothing stores and “lift” things.
