Wow, big improvement! Was that a stock 150? You and Freddie buy and sell your vespas without holding on to it for very long and after you put in so much work and money into the vespas. So for interest sake, how much does the vespas go for in Sweden? Do you at least make a profit or do you just break even after selling them. Just curious what the going rates are for the vespas. If you don’t want to share the info , I understand. I like your KTM!

Hello. It had a sport exhaust, but other than that it was a stock 125. I like fixing/rebuilding bikes and have always had a issue with keeping them for very long 😁. The price in Sweden is between 15000-45000 ( in Swedish money) for a px. I don’t think I ever lost money on a bike. Sometimes I break even and sometimes I make a small profit. But as I said, I do it because I think it’s fun to restore and tune them. And maybe this winter it will be a new change in the garage, maybe.

På denna var det Polini 177. Har provat Polini och dr177, upplever att Polini ger lite mer effekt. Har även haft en vmc 177 som gick mycket bra, men då var motorblocket portat mot cylindern.

@@gamlebardun Då hade jag nog valt Polini sport. Sen kan du köpa en expansion chamber ljuddämpare, men det kommer förmodligen kräva en annan utväxling i växellådan om det skall bli riktigt bra.

@@gamlebardun har du rätt squish? Det gör en del på effekten. Jag portade mitt motorblock mot Polini sport cylinder, det blev riktigt bra, men även där känns det som att en annan utväxling behövs dom nästa steg.

90 kmh is actually pretty good for a stock 125 But that Kit makes it a really usable Scoot. Is it still running a standard Crank?

90 km/h according to the speedometer that is. It’s the standard crank. Had another 125 with the same setup but with ported engine casing. That made a huge difference I think.

@@Nordicexplorer1 Good point! I was forgetting they over read a fair bit. Porting is definitely the way to go. I just haven't been brave enough to have a go yet.

Hello. It’s a 24-24. 140/be3 and I think I had a 125 main jet, but I’m not 100% sure I remember correctly. I can’t remember the idle jet. But if I pick it apart any time soon I let you know.
