I don’t think they ever got anything out. They haven’t loosened it up w/a needle. All they are doing is mashing and tearing the skin. The client could have done a better job at home.

Q-Tips and a melon baller... I wanted to crawl through the screen with a hypodermic needle, fingernails and a real comedone extractor and get the dang job done! Good grief! That poor kid! That was Dr. Lalit Kasani--I'd know that annoying technique anywhere!

We got all these keyboard dermatologist in the complaint box, I mean comment section. But I for one think that they did a phenomenal job extracting them. Noone realized just how much was extracted, they instead choose to nit pick and it's a toss up when it comes to a general consensus in that they either left too much in the pore or their techniques left something to be desired. And with the latter of those, it's even further a compromise between criticism of this individuals chosen tool of their trade. Folks honestly cannot simply relax and smell the roses nowadays, for their constant need to agitate any perceived form of regularity or albeit normality. They are impetuous sycophants.

I’m a Esthetician and I must say this is awful ! This person has had zero training !! The persons skin will be so bruised by the time this treatment is finished .
