School zone is 15 mph, doesn't matter if they are going 25 mph. You are still speeding in a school zone. Kids around........don't want kids being hit by cars

In South Dakota if you go 1 mile over the speed limit, you will get a ticket. 1 - 5 Miles over the Speed Limit is a $97.50 ticket. You signed for the license and agreed. Slow your butt down and obey the speed limit!!

It’s absolutely not ridiculous when it’s 10 mph over the speed limit in a school zone. And he didn’t pull anyone for 25. The lowest was 27. Which is 12 over.

Totally agree. And don't make fun of people's car. Maybe that's all they can afford? Taking jabs at people and throwing insults (no matter how minor) would never be acceptable in a business environment. So why is it acceptable here? Keep it courteous and professional.

Yea I didn't really care for the car comment cus it did cone across as an insult. But when it comes to Frank's condescension I've notice hes lays it on thicker when either the violation is more unacceptable or the person's super douchey. It sounds as though he feels really strongly about school zone regulations... Other than that I find him quite pleasant.

Look at the speed, and think about how much distance you need to stop. This is a school zone with children, so you have zero need to go at any speed above the limit.
