Hey does this bike come pre assembled? Or do I have to take it to a bike shop after it gets delivered to get assembled?

Why would it be too big frame. It dependant on the rider's height man. If he is over 183 or 185cm and the frame is 57-58 its absolutely his size. Altough, he didn't mention any measurements so its kinda irrelevant.
