Hello - how did you get an extra ball up the middle? I know the party punch extra ball but not the BBQ one.

Doesn't happen very often, but Extra Ball is one of the possible awards for Barbecue Bonus. It's one of the awards on the backglass. www.pinball.org/rules/elvira.html#BARBECUE_BONUS
