every piece of information I was hoping for and more, very excited whenever I finally get my hands on one, or two. Stellar video with thorough demonstrations of the PINCH's uses, thank you Edelrid

Ive just order one to try it out in rope access. I do wonder will you be releasing a lanyard rope to go with it so it could get en358 and 795? so we could possibly recommend it for PSAgA usage?

In many places in the video you are manipulating the pinch cam without having a hand (or knot) in the break side of the rope. Is that acceptable? If so, can you also let go of the break rope while the lead climber is resting on the rope?

If the pinch (or any other belay device) is the only thing keeping someone from dying, then no. In all these clips a backup is used.

Well at 9:12 he is going hands free in a abseil, which is quite similar to the scenario that I was describing. Again in 9:45 he is using it hands free as a lanyard without a back up (also in a nonlocker draw, but that is besides the point). In any case in all rope access aplications usually you need two bomb proof systems. So, if one of the is with the pinch and you go hands free, it should be acceptable to do so in general.
