I downloaded the Freya app and it's greyed out. Deleted it and wiped history then installed it again, still greyed out. Another issue is I don't have a device management tab. I tried searching it in settings and it didn't pop up. I have an iPad 2 mini (ios 12.5.7)

Try to open Freya. Then you'll get a warning. After that check the device management you'll have it. After that you can open Freya

All the people commenting about it’s not working either on the wrong device, or on the wrong ios. The app work for me on first try, but jailbreaking took three try because i kept getting timewaste error.

it _used to_ work but now it's a waste of time. tried it myself on an old iphone 6 on 12.5.7 ... freya icon is greyed out any you can do absolutely nothing with it other than uninstall. no device management thing in settings either. back to doing it the oldschool way with a PC... at least that works every time

worked for me. freya app download seemed buggy idk? took 12hrs to load halfway but as soon as i made a call it was done downloading.. strange.. anyway it worked. also failed jailbreak once, then tried without wifi, and was stuck at 75%, then retried with wifi and it worked... idk try that guys
