6 small size milkfish presto
5 large red chilies, roasted
5 onions roasted
3 roasted garlic
1 stalk lemongrass burnt
3 roasted red chilies (to taste)
1 piece of burnt turmeric
1 piece of burnt ginger
1 segment of galangal is burned
4 sliced green tomatoes
3 bay leaves
3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
800 ml water
