India's first super computer PARAM is developed & still present in pune. Narendra Modi starts his first speech from pune , in the election of 2014. & he got elected , then finally he became strong Indian Prime Minister. Pune is having the most caves in the world ( Junnar , Malavali etc ) in comparison with other districts in the world. Pune as a district ... is having the most forts in India . The speciality of pune in terms of food is Misal Pav , Wadapav , Bhakarwadi , Bajirao Mastani ( Ice creame). Pune is having highest numbers of schools , college's & Head quarters of universities than any other city of India. Don't try to mess with pune local marathi people , be their friend ... They can die for the friendship but don't be their enemy , bcoz they won't even think a bit to kill their enemy. The local Marathi people are very hardcore devotee of Hinduism , Shivaji Maharaj & Bala Sahab Thakrey as they have the legacy of warriors they are hard to break down and impossible to bent down but they respect other religions as well , that's why pune is now the mixed culture city. Pune is more known for automotive industries. They have the manufacturing plants of TATA Motors, Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Mahindra & Mahindra, Force Motors, Mercedes Benz, Volvo and not too sure of BMW as I think they have their plant near Chennai or in Gujrat. I suggest you should look into Wikipedia to get more reliable info before your reaction

Having lived in more than 6-7 metropolitan cities of India including Delhi, Bangalore & Mumbai, I can safely say Pune is not only on papers but realistically the best place to live in :). You are right, the green cover is much and it has loads of weekend getaways destination being situated in the western ghats. FYI western ghats are one of the biodiversity hotspot of world. Women safety is missed in this video which is much much higher than any other Indian city. It is one of the best cities to live in specially for women :) . Nice reaction & love from Pune! God bless!
