Pine tip syrup - Part 1

At this time of year, pine trees produce new shoots. Collect pine tips and make a delicious syrup from them. In this video I show you the first part of the preparation. I will post the next part in a few days. You don't have to wait for the second part, you can start making the syrup right now.
What you need:
pine tips (3-4l)
1kg of sugar
citric acid

I know that the new tips of the Firs contain vitamin c.In case of survival you can chew the tips of the fir and drink the juice BUT DON'T EAT THEM, YOU MUST SPIT THEM
