Pine Valley Recreation Area | MICRO CAMPER CAMPING

The heat was too much in town so the Micro Camper, the boy, and myself hit the road to find cooler weather. What we found was an amazing tent site in the Pine Valley Recreation area. Between the large pine trees, creeks, sticks, and fallen pine cones, this place offers everything to keep a 4 year old busy. The weather was in the 90's when we arrived, but cooler night temperatures, and the sound of the creek was just what we needed for a good night of sleep.

Nice build. As someone who’s used (and still have) a shell, tent on truck and now a 6 ft old Sixpack camper, a DIY cap/shell/topper might’ve been easier and/ more practical.

If you’ve never been to Bryce Canyon, or Brian Head UT before, they’re absolutely amazing. You might find the Cinders over by Flagstaff an awesome experience too. The cinders is great for the off-roading.

Dick's 4x4 Garage the flagstaff area is awesome. Lots of lava tubes cave like safe underground exploring. Bryce Canyon is one of my favorite places to camp though.
