Ps the pineapple was not ready it needs to be yellow it will make your food taste better because it's sweeter
@Bavarian.Donuts7 жыл бұрын
That's what I'm thinking. The pineapple should be golden yellow. lol Nevertheless, it's a beautiful presentation. I love keemi's passion in her Mukbang 😊😊

Ustina T some may like it sour and tangy which won't be as yellow

Ustina T I mean it's fried rice she probably didn't want it to be overly sweet
@pascha1207 жыл бұрын
I've met other people who've eaten pineapple fried rice before, and some people prefer the pineapple sour (they just want the pineapple aroma without the sweetness/juice). In terms of Watermelon Noodles... I think most people prefer the Watermelon to be ripe and juicy! :)
@kanghyeyeon57357 жыл бұрын
I think she should have added pineapples when she cooked vegetables. Pineapples get sweeter when it is cooked. BTW she looks extra pretty in this video.

Keemi, awesome video as usual. Love adding pineapple to savory dishes. The best savory pineapple dish I ever had was created on a whim. I had a party with a Burger Bar, LOL, and I had grilled pineapple for the turkey burgers. The next day I was frying some shrimp, squid, and leftover grilled veggies in tempura, when I decided "what the heck" and fried up the pineapple too. Delicious, especially dipped in sriracha mayo with soy. Sweet, spicy and salty plus the soft fruit with the crunchy batter. The best of all worlds!! Anyway the whole point was to let you know that it is Not baking soda, repeat NOT baking soda. It's baking powder. For one whole chicken cut up or about 8-10 pieces, I mix one cup flour(any type), 1/4 cup cornstarch(or potato starch etc.), 2 heaping tablespoons baking powder and one teaspoon salt(add other seasonings to taste). Place it all in a gallon Ziplock bag or large bowl with airtight lid. Rinse chicken, pat completely dry, place in bag or bowl, close, shake to coat, place on a dry surface for 15-20 minutes, re-coat, set on baking tray and bake as usually. Remember white meat cooks quicker. For a battered version, coat rinsed and dried chicken in baking powder, let set in fridge for an hour, mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, teaspoon salt (and any other seasonings you like) plus just enough water to make a very thick batter. Coat and bake as usual. I do 350F degrees for about 20 minutes for white and 40-50 minutes for dark, but ovens vary. You might want to use a thermometer 165F degrees internal temp. Same recipes work for fried chicken too. Sorry so long, had a lot to say I guess LOL or maybe it being 4 a.m. is the problem hahaha Love all you do :)

Hi Keemi! :D I'm newer to your channel - I've maybe been watching for a month or two - and I love your videos! About the pineapple rice, do you think you might have liked it more if it were spicy? It balances the sweetness of the fruit. When my mom makes dishes with fruit, she'll usually have something really spicy mixed in with the fruit! I'm usually not a fan of fruit cooked into meals, but I like when my mom does it!
