Hello Marina, Almost the end of tour de fleece and it's been really fun. Your hand spun are beautiful and the colours so gorgeous.I like the idea, for a weave, to use a varigated yarn for the primary colour base and add similar colours. Unprocessed fleece is quite a chalenge indeed. I keep telling myself that I have to stop with raw fleeces; but somehow I end up with new ones. Hihi. At the moment, I'm cleaning an apalousa's alpaga fleece. It' s beautiful, so soft and less dirty than a sheep. It's the lanolin you see. Thank you for this video. Really enjoying it. See you later.

Oh that alpaca fleece will be gorgeous to spin - I'm sure well worth the preparation! Thank you for the weaving idea!

Marina! I am in the same place as you with processing a fleece! It's so frustrating not knowing if it's my skills that are lacking or if the fleece is just naughty. Sending you vibes for a behaving fleece. Absolutely love to see all your spinning and makes!

Your spun yarn is beautiful. Processing a fleece is nasty! Not my favorite thing. Master spinner/teacher made me do it & I didn’t get the choice end if you know what I mean. My mom & sister have sent me roving they bought in NC. It would be a road trip but there are quite a few farms in NC. Can’t wait to see what you do with the nubby yarn! Blessings

After processing the fleece, it really has been a treat to spin straight from combed top! I'll have to look in NC for some fleeces - thanks for the tip! :)
