I liked when you both talked about the homespun quality of Pinegrove. This really translates for me through the PG album covers, with the visible brush strokes and unsteady lines. I've always liked things that seem human, but have struggled to put my finger on the properties that convey that to me. That short exchange helped me understand something about my own taste.
