Another interesting video and explore! Looks like the place closed permanently to the public as of June 3, 2024. The kerosene heater looked like the type we used to sell at the farm store back in the 1970s.

I am very happy you have chosen to create these videos. Twenty-five years ago, I could have explored right beside you. I think now my current location will likely be my last. The upside is I can do research on the most interesting topics such as world events. And watch explorations of the American Southwest like yours.

I just uploaded my latest visit to Jeromes Gold King Mine & ghost town🏜️ Love it there, my 5th visit now ☺️ Great tour💯 I did not realize there was so much to see there! Including the spider book😝 I loved your timelapse close to the end and that cemetery was amazing! I've been off youtube taking care of my health for the last 7 months but I'm on the comeback now🤙 Good seeing you two🤗🌵

Hello Steve and Andrea well very interesting at the ICE factory there would be water that went into what they call the can's and the piping would have compressed ammonia that was circulate throughout the pipes these type of cans would have blocks of ice that would be 325 lb in weight. And as to the jail mystery the chamber pot was used 🤔p.s. That alone would make the people in jail think twice 😂Love Ghost towns and reliving what it was like in the spot ⛏️💰

Closed to the public now. Im glad i got to go a few times. Found an intact ink well bottle, that i still have. After more than 30 years of welcoming tourists, the private owners of Ruby will permanently close the abandoned mining camp about 75 miles southwest of Tucson on June 3, 2024. “It's just gotten to be too much work,” said one of the owners, Pat Frederick. “We're all very sorry to have to close, but it's time.”
