🎀 hello everyone! I just want to clarify something for the Coquette sweater. I said I did 35 rows, but that's before I took off 4 rows so I actually did 31 rows :) hope this saves you trouble if you're making a similar size to mine. Also! I finally figured out how to add subtitles in other languages so I added a bunch. if you don't see your language, just let me know and I'll see if they have the option for me to add it. Yes, the word "Barbie" reads immediately! But if it bothers you, what about embroidering with yarn in a few places to make letters crisper. The same for the Hello Kitty's nose and heart. Loving your work and attitude!

I think a smaller gauge yarn and hook with the bigger chart might have made the letters more smooth and detailed looking, but that would take alot more work tbh. Currently making a fingering weight color work sweater and the color chart is dragging so much lol

I had to pause to say that is *THE CUTEST SWEATER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.* and I look at cute sweaters for a living! (lol... kinda) I can't believe how simple the design is for something that looks this amazing!! You did a really good job troubleshooting the neckline, I like it even better with the sides of it split, and the ribbons were a perfect cherry on top. 🌸🍒🍧🎀🌸 My only attempt at crochet was a pillowcase, when I was half done the first panel I realized it was slowly but surely becoming a triangle 😥 this was a good 3-4 years ago. I kept meaning to try again and never did. Your videos and especially this sweater are really making me want to!!! Honestly, I like that you have different pinks for the Hello Kitty pillow. It makes it stand out more. And where you “messed up” on Hello Kitty makes it look like messy pixel art, which is a compliment because that’s cool and I like imperfect things better. Same with the Barbie logo, I think it looks better that it’s not perfect.

the intro is so silly I love it idk how much this will help but maybe with the barbie shirt you could do surface slip stitching on it to make the letters a little clearer? I learned surface slip stitching recently in a moon granny square pattern but I actually really like how it looks and think I'll start adding that to projects to define the edges of stuff like tapestry crochet :) I think the shirt looks fine as it is tho! you can read it pretty clearly, it just looks a little handmade but imo that gives it more charm.
