Pink eye in cattle is caused by Morexella bovis but you mentioned mycoplasma?

For example, Terramycin Ophthalmic Ointment with Polymyxin (from Zoetis Inc.) is frequently utilised in the US. Also, you can try injectable antibiotics. Simple injectable Penicillin also works in the majority of cases, but the best approach is to contact Veterinarian as he is going to be way more efficient in choosing treatment (depending on the case) and in applying it!
