Man! I did not have high expectations for this cover, even for school of rock folks, who typically do awesome work. But wow. This is seriously hard stuff to play and there's a certain feel for the music. They ROCKED THAT sh#t. Bravo. That's all I can say. Bravo.

I just found this. Wow!!! Such young musicians (mostly girls!) playing this reasonably obscure prog rock song with such feeling, conviction, & talent is an unexpected pleasure. I'm glad to see that there is still some appreciation for this music in some young people (who aren't my offspring).

I noticed that too. The chords aren't exactly easy and in addition keeping that rhythm for such a long time which isn't the easiest pattern either. She was fantastic. I just learned those chords within the last year and played them over the phone to a buddy of mine. He was pretty impressed.

Your playing is just awesome, those opening bars with the accompanying keyboard just send shivers down my back every time I listen to the track. So much so that I have played it to my guitar tutor to try and copy your playing....almost (but not quite) got it! Just love the way you seem to get more comfortable with the gig, from the look of sheer terror in the opening bars to the freedom with which you play after 13mins. An absolute joy to watch. Every school of rock band plays _Pink Floyd;_ In fact, _The Wall_ is the traditional first concert for any new location. But the young lady on lead guitar in this video made me understand why David Gilmour is considered one of the best of all time.
