This is how you come back after being gone. Taking a trip down the musical rabbit hole of Pink Floyd. Some of the craziest vibes and sounds you'll ever hear. The way each song starts is like being shown the way to another dimension of just about every musical sensation you can imagine. It's definitely a trip!

Can I just hang out with you guys? Love the way you two interact with each other. Also love that you are listening to the best band that ever was. Another way that might be a bit easier, in the future, is to listen to one side of a PF album at a time. Either way, whatever way you do it, you have to listen to as much PF as possible!

I think, you are right, that in "Speak To Me", some of the elements of the whole album are previewed, such as the cashier sound ("Money"), the ticking clocks ("Time"), and the heart beat (the last song "Eclipse" ends with a heart beat)...

I used to listen some to pink floyd but there music was a little out there but still had many great songs

On The Run sums up the FEAR of flying and the stress of international travel. The guys had some new technology at the time that allowed looping and tempo changes so Dave Gilmour created a rapid loop, Roger took that but then completely rerecorded it. At the time I'm sure that was annoying but later Gilmour said Rogers version was better. The thing is, it's that attention to detail where you don't let being really "good" stop you from becoming really "great" !
