I went to this concert. Hadn't had exposure to Pink Floyd. A friend of mine said I have to go. Even though I didn't know the songs, as I should have done and do now, it was a truly amazing experience. Opened my eyes to something I had not seen before. Managed to find a joint outside the venue as well, that didn't hurt either

Simply the BEST, A milestone in my life, in the mid 70s, slept on the sidewalk just to get tickets, took a CTA bus and had second to last row, and don't remember all of it. In 1987 payed somebody Else to wait in line to get the tickets, took a limousine and had 2nd row.,remember All of it👍✌😁, Got married to my best friend, and bought a house. AMD. That was incredible. One of the best ever bands in the world. The scene at the end of this concert with the plane flying through the air and exploding. Mighty fuckin mind blowing. I would have loved to be at that concert.

I'm sorry you missed it and I don't want to rub it in, I was at this Earl's Court concert, it was sold out but then they opened an extra block of seats and I just phoned and got one, it was just an amazing night. You can watch the concert video but it doesn't give you a clue how good it was, you have to be there and feel the music hitting you. smell the explosions, see the lights from that mirror-ball everywhere. Just a great great night.

Having been at the Very First performance of DSOTM in its entirety, on the Division Bell Tour, in East Rutherford, N.J., I can tell you that it was an unbelievable feeling of expectancy, which crept through the stadium, like a whispered tale of sorcery and dragons....it was the entire Second Set....at some point, it had become apparent to everyone, that we were, in fact, witnessing history.... ...it was played in its entirety twice more in North America, in Detroit, before the subsequent times in Europe and Earl's Court.

That's EXACTLY what happened when I saw them in '87 in Lexington, KY at Rupp Arena. That's why I watched and what I was expecting (or hoping) to see when I watched this video. Still kinda cool how this went, but I liked the bed lying over the audience and crashing into the stage better!

Saw them in Oakland,Ca and felt cheated because they didn't use the plane ! Also saw them on Delicate Sound of Thunder and they used a mock-up bed and crashed it into the stage( the area right under the stage ,actually ) ..........That was one of the most stupendous things I ever saw at a concert ...I was distracted looking at the projection screen to my left ( which used the same video ) and didn't notice the bed flying down towards the stage until the last second or two....then that explosion !

Yo recuerdo cuando escuchaba a Pink Floyd, Beatles, King Crimson y otras bandas bajo los influjos del Cannabis y entonces me di cuenta de que cada sonido, cada acorde y cada tonada estaban hechos a base de colores.
