Notes from Jason: One of my favourite solos of all time. To transcribe this one, I got some help from live videos but often David Gilmour does it differently, so my main source was some semi-isolated tracks I found on KZbin. As for the rhythm, those parts are all feel and also different on live performances. Really fun to play. This is a solos that I never get tired of, no matter how many times I hear it.

Honestly, I don't know what to say. You and Jason are incredibly talented. I have to admit that thanks to both of you, since I've been following you for a while, I've been able to improve my technique on the electric guitar. I've already achieved finger independence; now I just need better finger positioning and note accuracy. You've really helped me a lot, and I appreciate it. As a suggestion, could you cover the live version of 'No Quarter' from 'The Song Remains the Same' by Led Zeppelin? Page really shone in that solo that night. Anyway, thanks Mr. Tabs, I really appreciate you. Rock on!

There are lots of great solos but this is my favorite one to play. There's just something extremely fun and satisfying about playing it. Sometimes I play it over and over for an hour just for fun.

O man the flashback! My buddy brought me over to his house after school and he cranked this first song off of the newly released album on his older brother's Marantz stereo with big honking JBL speakers. We laid flat on the floor with the curtains closed and in the darkness this is what we heard through that cranked up Marantz. I've never been the same and that's a great thing! Now to learn this on the guitar would be unreal! Thanks Mr. T!
