Appreciate the feedback. This remix was fueled off of the massive amounts of inspiration I find in PF music. Lets not be afraid of musical experimentation. It's what made Pink Floyd so great.

As a Pink Floyd fan (as I was raised on) and young enough to like dubstep, this was made quite well. Good quantity.

Dubstep works here, because it makes a mechanical aesthetic even *more* mechanical, making a dark and dreary song even darker and drearier.

It's rare I find a Dubstep song I like. You, my friend. Have fixed this.

Pink floyd were the dubstep of their time. I can honestly say I think they would have done something like this if they were in their 20's now. They still can.

AMAZING...this is why i love dub step...it gives artist the ability to take a classic song and make it modern and haunting while still maintaing the integrity of the original piece.freaking beautiful. Pink Floyd would approve.

One of the best dubstep songs ever! This song got me hooked on dubstep!

This is pure genius. The feeling I get from this is the same, if not better than the original. This should be in a video-game for a winning soundtrack, like on Halo or Forza.

@DubMasterStep Big Floyd fan and not even a huge fan of dubstep. But I can say, this is sickness that truly captured the essence of the original. Kudos.

This is absolutely fantastic. This was always my favorite PF song, and listening to this, it feels like the song was written to have this remix made. It fits so well with the original sound, lyrics, theme, and natural flow of the song. Huge props to you, sir. You've done a marvelous job.

Agreed..Pink Floyd is always gonna be great and I think If they were around now with all this new technology, they would have definitely jumped on dubstep themselves. They will always be Pink Floyd.

I bought this album when it first came out and I have every thing they released and a few unreleased. And I agree they are an inspiring band and most likely in my opinion gave rise to the diversity and artistic talent we are enjoying today. That being said, I feel you are continuing in the direction that they inspired. Pink Floyd is like a Picasso, you did not paint over it, you put it in a different frame (of mind). Keep it up. Do NOT let people stop you from using the tools that inspire YOU!

Just found this, best thing I've heard in years.Take it from me 'the original space cadet', Floyd were at the forefront of new ideas and experimentation of their time and dubstep can be seen as the current expression of this. Keep it up. Only one criticism, the bass, or even better sub-bass, should have had life of its own to really punch down low. Apart from that, brilliant.
@TheMeh91812 жыл бұрын
normally I would stand firm with my thought that you should never touch floyd. This however is fucking amazing!!!!!!! I still have goosebumps. Well Done!

im not going to lie, some of the transitions between the dubstep parts and samples of welcome to the machine dont seem to be lined up just right. but that technical nit picking aside, this is actually pretty cool.

You totally omitted the huge synth hits that make this song so great. That could of played into the dubstep wobble bass awesomly. This is basically a generic dubstep song with random excerpts from Welcome to the Machine's intro thrown in.
@Shwaggetyshfifty12 жыл бұрын
@TheSladenator I used to read as much into simple sentences, such as "fuck elderscrolls", until I took an arrow to the knee.
