Pink Floyd - You've Got To Be Crazy (Live at The Empire Pool, Wembley, London, 1974)

In 1974, Pink Floyd preformed at the Empire Pool in Wembley; within the show they performed the entirety of DSoTM and also performed some tracks that they were working on at the time (Shine On and the Proto-Animals tracks) aswell as Echoes from Meddle. This live show was taped and mixed and has been released over time on various boxsets. Some of these live tracks were released last year alongside some other "Immersion" rarities under the "Evolving Pink Floyd" releases which was a nice goodie during the pandemic however a lot of remains to be unreleased so I thought I'd finish the '74 Wembley Pool show off.
The first three tracks of the set were released in the "Wish You Were Here - Immersion Boxset" in 2011. These tracks were the entire "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" suite (Parts I - IX) and two work-in-progress tracks that were released on "Animals" (Sheep and Dogs). This is the only live track from the WYWH immersion that isn't available to stream on music platforms. This is an early version of "Dogs" performed live with slight tweaks in lyrics and music to the official release. It's a really cool gem that any Pink Floyd fan should listen too!

Amazing version of Dogs, the guitar work is Sublime on all counts Richard Wright was a true master in creating sounds and emotions that were so fabulous.

stratocaster, BC108 silicon fuzz face, Colorsound power boost, MXR phase 90, Binson Echorec into a Hiwatt and leslie rotating speaker cabinet. The main stars on this one are the Colorsound for light/medium gain and compressed cleans, the Binson for echo and the rotating speaker for the watery tones. He may use the fuzz face here, but always with his volume rolled back for drive not all out fuzz (6:45) but that could be the Colorsound with pushed volume for medium/high gain.
