Seriously, why am I crying? I do know why... Pink and I are the same age by a couple months. We became parent's at about the same time. I have twin girls the same age as Willow, and seeing her up there being a champion with her mom doing what they can to insure that our daughter's body autonomy and be sure that the LGBTQIA+ folks' rights will not be stripped away (I'm apart of this community as a dude married to another dude, one of our kids is MTF trans, the other non-binary and I worry about their future everyday). Before July I was scared of the future, but today I feel hope and joy and know that come January we will have the first female President of the United States and I can show my kids that being born a woman is a superpower, not a liability! WE WILL NOT GO BACK!

I Was just at her concert at Gilette stadium. I could barely walk the next day because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and had to walk a mile from the parking to the Arena but I would do it again to see her! She is AMAZING! As a singer, as a Mom, and as a human in general! So kind and so humble. She was the perfect choice for the DNC and loved her song choice!
