I recently discovered you can use the alluring skulls to shift aggro if a host pops a seed on you. So grab as many enemies as you can and run passed the host, throw a skull on them and the mobs go ham.

Mr Nye it is the best side weapon For strenght builds. I pull it put everytime i see a dagguer cause i know my great hammer aint hitting that.

Mr Nye Even though it's nerfed, it's still a straight sword with movesets and damage of a great sword. And it has the potential with infusions to B scaling with both dex and strength. It's only downside is outside of the weapon art, the only good moves are its R1, and with R1 spam comes parry spam, so it's cancerous meta legacy ended after its infinite stunlock got patched. It's still viable as a backup weapon for Ultra great weapon/strength builds. I've heard many people using them to bait out parry spam, then swapping to like a black knight axe or zweihander for unparriable attacks. It's pretty decent overall for most those heavy weapon builds because it scales with strength, so you don't have to dedicate 10 extra levels of dex just to have a backup weapon. On top of that it's extremely light, its weight is like less than 5, which is really useful when your primary weapon is like 15-20. The only other hinderance is its absurdly boring move set. I personally use it for farming armor and pve, because it still stunlocks most humanoid enemies and gives as much damage as my great swords (I use symbol of avarice with full armor so that's why I need the light sword for farming).

Dark Souls has many Player types: 1) The Normal guys: just normal dark souls players, they're not good, but not bad, their just average. 2) the Gankers: guys that gank are horrible and unhonorable when you bow as an honorable way or just say hi they backstab you, it's just aggravating. 3) The RB/R1 spammers *cough* Oroboro's build *cough*: the just get a straight sword or curved sword with sunlight or Darkmoon blade, and just spam the light attack button. 4)The high skilled players: they're just op. and finally, 5)The estus chuggers: every hit, even if it didn't do that much damage, they must drink an estus, now if you have like half of your health then at least one drink or two is fine but all 20 of your estus, dang. 6) Backstab fishers: They are just in it for the backstabs, and with dark souls's sometimes glitchy backstabs, it just a pain to deal with, Oh, forgot about 7)The Bad Hackers: they hack to have infinite health or weapons that one-shot people in one hit, their only weakness is bottomless pits, those are darks souls dark souls players, also im a number 1
