Yes after the reaction we realized this was a joke/satire album. Upon first listen it was taken seriously as we would any other album because I (Alex Sandalis) specifically had no context on Pink Guy. Now thanks to you guys I understand the purpose of this album much more and the prolfic talent that George Miller has. I don't even know what to say...we've never heard anything so terrible like this before..I can't believe we had to listen to this piece of horse manure for 35 tracks and I had to edit it to for 3 hours. Shout out to +GamesBurro for suggesting this piece of trash to react to. This wouldn't have happened if not for your comment. Your comments clearly have power in what we create. Also yes, even though we didn't touch on it - we do realize its very purposefully satire poking fan at music and culture exaggerating stereotypes and stigmas. George Miller is an interesting dude. Starts out, makes the Harlem Shake. Yes, the guy that made that album started the Harlem Shake. Then goes on to create the Filthy Frank Show and it's whole lore and universe, makes this pink guy music which was really high on the bilboard charts. You can honestly say he was the biggest influence in internet meme culture and you can very much see his impression even in memes today. Then he goes on to become a sad lofi artist. His story is just crazy.

This album is so crazy interesting from a psychological perspective. I see it as a commentary on the state of music and politics on the surface, but it also delves deeply into the mental state of people today, picking out insecurities and describing guilty pleasures that are more common than a lot of people think because they're never confessed. He even delves into darker topics like depression because it's one of the if not THE most common cause of things like an overactive sex drive, deviant behaviours/interests, agression, and on a totally different but equally important end, the need to express oneself. I could honestly type about it for hours. If any of my professors ever have me analyze an album for a project I'm definitely picking this.
