Can you tell me more about Dubai's regulations for recreational use for drone flying? Did you need a permit? I am going to Dubai next week and hoping to bring my Phantom 3.

No clear to be honest, what's for sure is stay away 50m from the city, roads or any people, buildings or cars. Max highly 140m. Stay away from Gov buildings, ports or airports. Good luck.
