Pink Tag Frenchie Pheasant Tail Nymph - Jig Nymph - Fly Tying with John Murphy

We’re back!
So it may have been a while since my last upload, but here we are, back behind the vice making a tutorial for a Pink Tag Frenchie. This pattern is an absolute magnet for targeting Grayling during the Autumn and Winter months.
Tied in a 12 with a 4mm tungsten bead make it a great point fly, or smaller options for a dropper fly.
Don’t forget to experiment with the tail options and the dubbing on the collar.
