Decade got that D21 form during the Reiwa era. I really wished he got the Reiwa era treatment of final forms where it had a simple and sleek look close to the base form, akin to Zero-One's Zero Two, Revi and Vice's Ultimate, heck even Geat's Nine.

I’ve made my own redesign of Decade Complete 21 called “Decade Final Complete where the Final Form Heisei cards are still the chest & shoulders but the Showa Riders are included (First 10 Showa Riders on the legs while Black RX, Shin, ZO, & J are placed on the arms) and the rest of the cards are removed from the cape. I should reuse Zi-O’s Decade Armor for the legs and wrists next time, cuz the way I used just rectangles didn’t make it look good. I use MS Paint, btw, other paint softwares are a bit too hard for me and no, I’m not going to use AI. 💀💀💀

Complete 21 design is really rubbish that fans need to make competition to fix it 🤣 Btw my pick: 1. 04:43 the winner. Necessary buff to show his experience. While still give comfort to the suit actor. 2. 05:44 agile design. It give the suit actor easy movement. The downside only it looks really similar to base design. 3. 08:37 tbh I love this. It shows the characteristic of compete 21 with all those cards as armor and techno color scheme. But the problem is it can't contain all 21 cards and force to contain it will result in current canon complete 21. 4. 01:32 although the cape looks neat, it really similar to wizard like wizard recolor. Can result to protest from wizard's fans. Now whoever in charge of the franchise need to see this and fix the complete 21!
